Shipping policy
- Sample orders: Shipping is paid by the buyer at the time of the sample order. Carrier and rate are calculated at checkout.
- Production run orders: Shipping method and carrier are confirmed at time of order. Domestic orders ship via USPS; international orders ship via DHL Express.
- Lead times: Samples ship within [7] business days of production completion. Production runs ship within [1–2] weeks of mockup approval.
- International: Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
