Refund policy
- Sample orders — Non-refundable. If a sample has a manufacturing defect, madebyaca will issue store credit only. Samples are produced to spec based on approved mockups; subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund.
- Production run orders — If defects affect more than [40]% of a production run, madebyaca will offer a replacement run or partial refund at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. No refunds for approved-mockup deviations that were customer-approved.
- General — All sales are final once production begins. Cancellations must be requested before mockup approval.
